NEW DIET!

In preparation for my big wedding day (we don’t have a date yet, but soon I hope!) I’ve decided to go on a strict diet. It’s a four-pronged diet that according to Shannen Doherty, works like a charm.

Prong 1:  Green Tea.

  • Eat it, drink it, swallow it, pretty much take it in any form possible. Five times a day.

Prong 2:  I was RUNNNNNING.

  • Run two to three times a day. Run till you vomit… then stop and go to Starbucks for a Green Tea… or something with lots of caffeine.

Prong 3:  Chocolate

  • Eat it. Love it.
  • This may be a guilty pleasure to some, but the rumors on the street say eating and/or drinking chocolate helps one suppress appetites and lose weight.

Prong 4: Skip Lunch!

  • Not only does this prong save you money, it helps from stuffing your face with extra un-needed calories. Instead of a turkey sandwich on wheat with carrots or an apple – have a coffee/latte or a Hershey bar!

Six weeks of this and I should have a six-pack. I just hope that we’ve got our wedding date picked out by then!
